- Currency and card terms: all fee payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Payment by credit card is accepted (Visa/Master), and credit‑card payments include a statutory convenience charge of 2% of the transaction amount. Debit cards and net‑banking/UPI are accepted on the gateway where provided.
- Payment channel rule: the school receives fee payments only through the specified online payment gateway; other modes are not accepted unless the school communicates an alternative.
Boarding / Hostel fees
- The school operates as a day school and does not offer boarding/hostel facilities; therefore no boarding fees are charged.
Other costs and fees
- Uniform: a prescribed uniform list is published (different items for Nursery/KG and for Classes I–XII, including summer/winter variants, blazer, tie, shoes, etc.). Uniform costs are additional but specific prices for uniform items are not published on the uniform page.
- Books and stationery: a published Book List is available for the academic year; book and stationery costs are additional and are not listed as part of the tuition amounts.
- Transfer Certificate / administrative charges: the site displays fee headings for items such as Transfer Certificate and notices, but specific amounts for adhoc administrative charges are not published in the main fee table.
- Transport: transport is typically charged separately by route where offered; no universal transport charge is listed in the published tuition table. (Transport, if opted, is an additional cost.)
Refund information
- Online payment errors (examples given): if a payment is debited twice, or an acknowledgment fails to generate due to a system/internet failure, the school will effect a reversal of the amount where the customer's bank confirms the duplicate/erroneous transaction. Specific administrative refund timelines and other refund conditions are handled via the payment gateway process and the school's online payment terms.
Fee payment options and technical terms
- Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Visa/Master), debit card, net banking and UPI via the HDFC QFix / PayDirect gateway. All online payments are processed via the gateway and the school does not retain card details.
- Convenience charges and liabilities: a standard convenience charge of 2% applies to credit‑card transactions; parents should check with their card provider for any additional bank fees. The school is not responsible for failed authorizations or reversals arising from the card issuer.
- Electronic consent and records: by using the online payment service parents agree to electronic storage of payment and related information; the school reserves the right to amend online payment terms with prior notice.
