Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Pre-admission: Nursery admissions occur in two phases. Phase 1 targets siblings of existing students, Kannada-native-language families, and Christian families, usually starting after the Diwali vacation. Phase 2 covers other applicants, with Kannada-native-language priority for Malad and Ashok Nagar branches and Christian priority for the Thakur Complex branch. Sibling admissions are prioritized but not guaranteed as a right. 2. During admission process: Admission forms are issued online on the school's admission portal. Parents must register with a mobile number and email ID and use the security code for the application; read the instructions and admission criteria carefully before applying. Ensure the form is filled completely; incomplete forms are not accepted. For siblings, provide the sibling's details. 3. Admission form submission: Submit the hardcopy of the application form with self-attested photocopies of required documents at the school counter on the given date and time; also provide the original birth certificate and caste certificate (if applicable) for verification. Attach two passport-size photos (one on the form and one separately) and write the Enquiry Reference Number and the child's name on the back. The child need not attend on submission day. See the list of documents required for admission. 4. Display of admission list: The list of selected students is displayed approximately 10–15 days after the last date of submission of forms. Section and shift allotment are at the discretion of the school management. 5. Eligibility: Admission is open to all pupils irrespective of caste or creed; the management reserves the right of admission. Nursery requires the child to be 3 years old as of 30 September of the admission year; Grade 1 requires the child to be 6 years old as of 30 September. Admission to all other classes is vacancy-based; when a seat becomes available, the parent will be contacted and the student may undergo an age-appropriate gap analysis diagnostic test (not a determinant of admission). 6. Documentation: A list of documents required for admission is provided; a birth certificate issued by the Registrar of Births must be produced at admission; leaving certificates from recognized schools are required; for unrecognized schools, an affidavit and a written test may be required; birth certificates or official documents must support the date of birth. Admission remains provisional until all documents are submitted; section/shift is discretionary. 7. Admission enquiry form: For all classes other than Nursery, admission depends on seat availability; the Admission Enquiry form can be filled six months before the start of the academic year; admission is not guaranteed and depends on vacancies created by other students leaving. 8. Transportation: Ensure transport arrangements are in place before securing admission; rerouting or extension of bus routes is at the discretion of the school management. 9. Bus routes: Bachani Nagar, Ashok Nagar, and Thakur Complex bus routes are available.
