Parent Experience

Community, involvement and what it's like to be a parent at this school

History

The Children's Academy Group of Schools began in 1970 as a small school in a five-room rented premises founded by Late Shri V.V. Bhat. In 1988, the first branch was established at Ashok Nagar, Kandivali East. In 2001, the Thakur Complex branch was established. Today, the group operates four state-of-the-art schools catering to over 8000 students with more than 450 qualified and dedicated teachers.

Community

Core Social Relevance initiatives engage students in climate action, anti-bullying, road safety, and environmental projects. MCOP 2025, a climate-action simulation for Grades 6–10, was hosted on 8 November 2025. Plasnotic, a TAP installation by IBCP students, was unveiled at the NMMC Headquarters to promote waste management. Be A Buddy Not A Bully anti-bullying campaigns, Be Street Smart road-safety initiatives, and Matrubhoomi School adoption further demonstrate the school's CSR efforts to support underprivileged students and environmental initiatives.
