Day boarders are admitted from Nursery to Class III, and boarders from Class IV upwards. Boys live in Malwa House and Holkar House, while girls live in Bharti Junior and Bharti as age-specific residences; the Boarding House coordinator is Mr. Dominic John.
The school runs its own kitchen, dining hall, bakery and cafe; menus are fixed in consultation with students and a dietician to ensure nutritious and balanced meals. Non-vegetarian food is prepared separately and vegetarians are seated separately in the dining halls; there are two dining halls and the Mess Committee influences menu planning; Mr. Deepak Nirula is an honorary consultant and Mr. Narasimham is the Mess Manager.
Five boys' Houses are Ashok, Vikram, Rajendra, Jawahar and Tagore; the first three are residential and Jawahar and Tagore are for day boarders. There is one girls' residential House, Bharti; Indira and Ahilya serve day scholars. The Daly College is governed by a Board of Governors. The President is HH Maharaja Vikram Sinh Puar of Dewas; the Vice President is Maharaj Rajyavardhan Singh Narsinghgarh; members include HH Maharaja Narendra Singh Jhabua, HH Raja Priyavrat Singh Khilchipur, Shri Harpal Singh Bhatia, Shri Dheeraj Lulla, Shri Sandeep Parekh, Shri Karan Narsaria and Shri Sanjay Pahwa; the Secretary is Dr. (Ms.) Gunmeet Bindra.
Daly College Indore is a day-cum-boarding school with a long heritage in central India. It offers both Cambridge International Examinations and the CBSE programme, providing local and international qualifications. The Cambridge pathway runs from Grade VI to Grade XII, with Checkpoint for Grades VII–VIII, IGCSE for Grades IX–X and Cambridge AS/A Levels for Grades XI–XII. Students may choose streams in Grade XI: Science, Commerce and Humanities. English is the medium of instruction, and the curricular languages include English, Hindi, Sanskrit, French and German; Sanskrit, French and German are offered as third languages from Grade VI to VIII, while Hindi and French function as second languages up to Grade X, with English compulsory from Grade XII. The campus encompasses historic buildings, place of worship, modern laboratories and the Craft Technology Design Center, plus a 1,200-seat auditorium and extensive sports facilities. As a Round Square member since 2005, Daly College promotes internationalism through exchanges, Model UN and AFS programs alongside broad arts and sports opportunities.
