The English and Hindi Literary Societies organise debates, declamations, and essay competitions. Inter-house and inter-school events are held, and top performers are selected to participate in IPSC and national-level competitions. The International Award for Young People (IAYP) encourages service, adventure, personal interests and physical recreation, with Bronze, Silver and Gold levels and defined durations. Daly College is a YES Centre for IAYP, providing leadership and mentorship through the award framework.
The Performing Arts section includes Dance, English and Hindi Dramatics, Indian Music, Western Music, and Band. The Dance programme has excellent facilities and faculty for classical, folk, Western and other styles, with choreography as a key campus competition and IPSC success. English and Hindi Dramatics provide student-led scripting, editing, direction and production for inter-house and inter-school events. The Band and Western Music programme boasts a brass band of numerous players that performs at school ceremonies and festivals.
The academic languages taught are English, Hindi, Sanskrit, French and German; Sanskrit/French/German are offered as third language options from grade VI–VIII, and Hindi/French as second language through grade X. The school is a global member of Round Square, embracing IDEALS—Internationalism, Democracy, Exchanges, Adventure, Leadership and Services—with international conferences, MUNs, workshops and exchanges. Model United Nations is well established with multiple inter-school events and large-scale conferences hosted or attended by Daly College. Daly College also offers international exchanges and programs through AFS.
A state-of-the-art Culture & Social Activities Centre (CTDC) caters to creative talent with facilities for Fine Arts, Sculpture, Pottery, Woodcraft, Photography, Electronics, Bamboo Craft, Needlework, and performing arts such as Music, Dance and Dramatics. There are more than twenty-two teachers and instructors for art, craft, music, band, dance and choreography. Woodwork, photography, dramatics and quiz are popular activities, and students contribute to school magazines and newsletters. Culture activities are complemented by a broad spectrum of creative and competitive pursuits.
The Social Service League organises service works in helpage medical camps and schools for visually impaired children, and promotes environmental awareness. The Green Club carries out environmental initiatives such as water recycling, rainwater harvesting and other eco-practices on campus. The Resource Centre provides information and training workshops for staff, students and wider communities.
Students hold leadership roles as Prefects, Captains, Vice Captains and Class Monitors, with representation on the Student Council, Games Committee, Round Square Committee and the Social Service League. The Round Square pillar framework and committees foster leadership, internationalism and service opportunities. Career Guidance offers group and one-to-one counseling and arrangements with external institutes for coaching in SAT, NDA, IIT/engineering entrance tests, law, CA and related pathways.
Pastoral care is delivered through a house system with Housemasters, Housemistresses, tutors and support staff to monitor physical, intellectual and emotional development. Counseling services, including career guidance, support student wellbeing. The campus features a 30-bed hospital with a full medical team, and a comprehensive sports programme with extensive facilities (multiple courts, pools, track) and Yoga offerings. English is the medium of instruction, with broad language and wellness opportunities on campus.
Daly College Indore is a day-cum-boarding school with a long heritage in central India. It offers both Cambridge International Examinations and the CBSE programme, providing local and international qualifications. The Cambridge pathway runs from Grade VI to Grade XII, with Checkpoint for Grades VII–VIII, IGCSE for Grades IX–X and Cambridge AS/A Levels for Grades XI–XII. Students may choose streams in Grade XI: Science, Commerce and Humanities. English is the medium of instruction, and the curricular languages include English, Hindi, Sanskrit, French and German; Sanskrit, French and German are offered as third languages from Grade VI to VIII, while Hindi and French function as second languages up to Grade X, with English compulsory from Grade XII.
