Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard fee schedule is two installments for the academic session: first installment due before 10 April and second installment due before 10 October of the session year; specific classes may require the first installment at a different event (for example Class XI first installment at collection of Class Entry Pass). Late payment surcharge: INR 15 per day is charged after May 30 for the first term and after November 30 for the second term (dates published with the session‑specific fee notices). Parents of newly admitted students must deposit fees within 7 days of admission to confirm the seat; non‑compliance may lead to cancellation and reallocation of the seat.
Boarding fees and boarding‑specific charges (residential students)
- School tuition fee plus boarding charges (boarders) for session 2025–26: I Installment INR 240,000 (payable at time of admission) / II Installment INR 240,000 (payable in October) — Annual boarding + tuition INR 480,000. Additional one‑time and admission charges for boarders: Registration, Form & Prospectus INR 3,000 (non‑refundable); Admission Fee INR 50,000 (non‑refundable); Caution Money INR 10,000 (refundable); Pocket Money INR 15,000 (payable at admission). Withdrawal rules for boarders: full fees for the term will be charged if parents withdraw during the term or before the term starts; notice requirements and penalties for end‑of‑term withdrawal are published in the boarding admissions rules.
Other recurring or one‑time fees and charges
- Bus (transport) charge where applicable: INR 11,000 per installment (INR 22,000 annually). The bus charge is shown separately from tuition and applied per installment for students who use school transport.
- Counselling / career‑services fee (where applicable): for Class X a one‑time counselling fee of INR 2,500 is charged in the first installment. Additional counselling or aptitude test charges may be applied as noted in the class fee notices.
- Late payment penalty: INR 15 per day after the published late dates (applies to overdue installments).
Refund information and cancellation
- General policy: online payments are normally non‑refundable; the school does not grant refunds in most cases but makes exceptions for very specific circumstances (for example duplicate payment, transaction failure where confirmation was not generated). Transaction / gateway fees charged during payment will not be refunded. Refund requests must be submitted in writing; excess or duplicate payments are processed after verification and may take up to the period described in the school's refund procedure. The school's formal fee‑refund document sets out the process, deductions (transaction charges), and jurisdiction for disputes. For boarders, withdrawing during the term results in full fees for the term being charged.
Fee payment options and instructions
- Online portal (recommended): school parent portal / payment gateway where payments are accepted using Net Banking, UPI, Debit Card or Credit Card (the school uses the parent/ERP portal and payment gateway for fee collection). Steps and portal link are provided by the school for online payment.
- Bank transfer / NEFT / RTGS: bank transfer instructions are provided in fee notices where applicable; parents are asked to share transfer details (UTR/transaction reference) after NEFT/RTGS payments.
- Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft at the school fee counter: cheques/DD are to be drawn in favour of the payee name stated on the class fee notice (the notices indicate the correct beneficiary name to be used).
Important payment notes
- The school's online payment terms state that transaction charges and convenience charges are payable by the payer and are not refundable in most cases. Payment confirmation (transaction/order number) should be retained as the school requires it for any dispute or refund request. Specific timing rules apply for withdrawal‑related refunds; the school's refund policy and payment policy describe required written requests, deductions for gateway charges, and processing mechanics.
