The Emerald Heights International School is a 100-acre campus in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It was founded on February 18, 1982 by late Smt. Suneeta Singh (1958-2011). It is a CBSE-affiliated K-12 co-educational international day-cum-boarding school. The main streams offered are Science, Commerce and Humanities. Life in Emerald Heights develops leadership and a sense of responsibility toward the environment, democracy, community service, and internationalism. The school is a Round Square member, a global network that supports experiential learning, conferences, student exchanges, service projects, leadership initiatives and IDEALS (Internationalism, Democracy, Environmental Stewardship, Adventure, Leadership and Service). It engages in intercultural exchanges through AFS Intercultural Exchanges and has hosted NSLI-Y programs, broadening intercultural understanding. The PTA is a forum for parent involvement with Emerald Heights' school governance.
Emerald Heights International School is a co-educational K-12 day-cum-boarding campus in Indore, MP, affiliated to CBSE. Founded in 1982 by Smt. Suneeta Singh, the school sits on a 100-acre campus and offers Science, Commerce and Humanities streams with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and electives such as Informatics Practices, Physical Education and French. It participates in the College Board AP Program to earn college credit. Classrooms feature interactive touch-screen panels, supported by four lecture halls and high-tech laboratories for Chemistry, Biology and Physics, plus six air-conditioned computer laboratories with smart boards and about 300 computers.
