It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Admission is open to all irrespective of caste, creed, colour or religion, based on availability of seats. Students seeking admission must register. Registered students will appear for a written assessment in November/December each year. A school tour and a meeting with teachers are encouraged prior to registration. Registration is open for Class IV to IX and XI. The completed application form needs to be deposited to the Admission Office, along with a payment of Rs. 15,000 as Registration Fee. This fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee admission. The application form and registration fee can also be deposited online. Age for Class IV admission should be between 8 1/2 years and 9 1/2 years as on 1st April of the admission year. The written assessment tests English, Mathematics, Science and Hindi, with questions based on the syllabus of the class the student is currently in; the syllabus for the entrance is available on the site along with sample papers. After the written assessment, there is an interaction with the Principal and the Admissions Committee. A reference check from the previous school is also done. Admission is offered on the basis of all of the above. The offer has to be accepted by paying fees within 15 days, failing which the seat may be offered to the next suitable applicant. The Principal reserves the right to admit the student into the class deemed suitable. All enquiries can be made to the Admission Office. Documents include Registration Card, Birth certificate (attested), academic reports for the last three years, six passport‑size photographs of the student and the parents, and the student's Aadhar Card (Indian nationals). A Letter of Admission will be issued thereafter to selected candidates. For international admissions, the international process is the same as the Indian process; international admission fairs are conducted at various locations, Kasiga representatives travel to places like Kathmandu and Thailand; entrance exams are conducted for students who register there; interviews with the Head of School are conducted via Skype and admissions are offered after a due reference check. All international students must begin the new session after procuring a student visa valid for one year with two/three entries.
