How the fees are billed and payment terms

- Fee components: the school's published fee breakup lists Admission Fee (one-time for new admissions) + Term Fee + Tuition Fee; the Total fee shown is the sum of these components.
- Instalments and due dates: fees can be paid in two instalments — 1st instalment at the time of admission and 2nd instalment by 10 September (published schedule). A published late fee of INR 25 per day applies after the due date.
- Academic terms: the published academic calendar divides the year into two terms (Term I: 1 April to 30 September; Term II: 1 October to 31 March); term dates are used for transport and term charges. Fees for a full term are payable even if a student leaves during that term; mid-session admissions require payment for the full term plus admission charges.
- Transport billing: transport charges are payable separately. Transport for Term I (April–September) is to be paid by the published transport deadline (example: payment due by 10 March for Term I) along with a one‑time, non-refundable bus registration fee; transport for Term II is to be paid by the published Term II deadline. If transport is cancelled before the end of a term, transport charges for the full term remain payable and will not be refunded or adjusted.

Boarding / hostel

- The Lexicon campuses operate as day schools; hostel/boarding provision is not offered at the listed CBSE campuses. No boarding fees are applicable.

Other costs and one-off charges

- Additional parental expenses that are not included in the published tuition/term fees include uniforms, textbooks and stationery, notebooks, school lunch, transport (if opted), school publications, educational trips and excursions, class activity and co-curricular material charges, activity charges, public/board examination fees, Annual Day and Sports Day charges, and any other incidental academic requirements. The school publishes detailed book lists and stationery lists by class.
- Bus registration: a one-time non-refundable bus registration fee is payable by parents who opt for school transport. Transport deadlines and non‑refund terms are published in the fee policy.

Refund and cancellation policy (published)

- Application form fees and school admission fees (one-time payment for new admissions) are non-refundable. Fees paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation of admission. The school's published policy states that if a student leaves before the end of a term, fees remain payable for the full term and will not be refunded or adjusted. No refunds or adjustments are made for vacations or other periods once fees are calculated on an annual basis.
