Billing schedule and payment terms
- The composite annual fee is payable in 12 equal instalments (monthly).
- Fee slips and instalment details are published on the school parent portal; payments may be made online through the portal or by cheque as allowed by the school's billing process. Receipts and confirmation (including SMS) are issued after successful online payment.
- The online payment gateway supports Credit Card, Debit Card and Net-banking payment modes via the parent portal.

Boarding / hostel fees

Other costs and incidental charges

Refund and withdrawal information
- If a parent withdraws the child after depositing the full fee but at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the new session, the entire fee paid will be refunded (except the non‑refundable Registration and Admission Fees). The refund is processed within 30 days of withdrawal under that condition.
- The admission fee is explicitly non‑refundable; the registration charge is non‑refundable. Caution money is refundable subject to the school's refund procedures.
