1. Admission season in Bangalore starts in December or January. The process begins with purchasing the Admissions/Application Kit for Rs 200 and submitting the Admissions Application Form with all necessary documents. The Admissions Form can be filled online or offline. If the admission is for Grade 6 and above, the child must complete an online Baseline Assessment Test.
2. Documents: Prepare 3 passport-size photos of the student and 3 passport-size photos of the father/mother/guardian. Include the Declaration form, Aadhaar card, birth certificate, medical form, and the original Transfer Certificate. Include a Transport requisition form and a marks statement copy; add caste certificate if applicable and sibling proof if applicable. Ensure documents are in the correct order as per school rules.
3. Confirmation: After selection, payment of Rs 11,300 confirms admission (Registration Rs 1,300 + Admission Blocking Rs 10,000).
4. Eligibility and grade range: Orchids Bangalore provides admissions from Pre-Nursery to Grade 12, depending on location. Generally, admission age is 3-4 years for preschool, 3 years for junior KG, and 4 years for senior KG; Class 1 is usually 5-6 years by June 1. Some higher classes may require entrance exams or interviews for admission, particularly in higher grades.
