How tuition is presented and billed
- Many Mumbai campuses publish the academic tuition as an annual academic fee split into three installments (two larger installments and one smaller final installment) or as a published monthly amount (campus pages that list a monthly fee indicate the monthly figure is the tuition portion). Where three-installment schedules are used, the school publishes installment due dates and per-installment amounts; where monthly figures are shown, the monthly amount is typically the tuition portion that can be used to calculate the annual tuition (monthly × 12). Examples of three-installment schedules and due dates are provided in campus fee documents.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Installment billing: campuses that publish an installment schedule show specific installment due dates (example: Kurla shows due dates on campus fee schedule). Parents are expected to pay each installment by the published due date.
- Flexible payment options: online payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, net banking and digital wallets; the school also offers EMI/instalment payment plans and a parent payment portal / school app for tracking and paying fees.
- Additional charge types: registration/one-time admission blocking amounts, stationery, books, uniform charges and transport are normally billed separately from the published academic tuition and vary by branch; some branches show these as additional charges on their admission/fee materials. Example campus communications show registration / admission blocking amounts may be collected at confirmation of admission at some branches.

Boarding fees (Mumbai campuses)
- Mumbai branches listed for Orchids are day-school campuses; boarding (residential) campuses are listed separately for other cities. No boarding fee schedule applies to the Mumbai day-school campuses.

Other costs and one-time charges
- Application kit: INR 200 at application.
- Registration / admission blocking / one-time confirmation charges: may be charged at the time of admission at some branches (amounts vary by branch and are listed at branch level where applicable).
- Books, stationery, uniform and transport: these are additional to the published academic tuition and are billed separately; parents should expect separate charges for textbooks, uniforms, stationery packs and transport seat allocation where transport is used.

Refund and cancellation rules
- The school's published cancellation and refund policy states: once admission is completed, no refund of fees is entertained in general; if a parent withdraws admission, typically no refund is given; if the school cancels admission for a genuine reason the school will consider refund on a case-by-case basis and refund by crossed cheque in the parent's name. Any excess amount paid (over required amounts) is adjusted against ensuing term payments.

Fee payment options and plan features
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, net banking, digital wallets, bank transfers and online parent-portal/app payments. The school also provides EMI/instalment options, and in some locations zero-cost EMI partners are offered for converting fees to monthly EMIs. Payment and EMI facility availability can vary by branch.
