1. Documents for admission must be attached with the application: Copy of Birth Certificate (Hospital/Municipal Committee/Village Panchayat); Online School Leaving Certificate; Report Card; and copies of Aadhar Cards for the student and both parents. The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission without giving any reason. If the child has a history of a serious disease or a chronic illness, inform the school at the time of admission so the child can be monitored and the doctor informed in case of an emergency.
2. Withdrawal procedure: One month's clear advance notice is necessary for withdrawal. Transfer Certificate will be issued only after the clearance of all school dues including library, accounts, and laboratory charges. If withdrawal occurs in May, fees for June are payable. If a student stops attending, all dues must be paid until withdrawal information is received in writing; verbal notices are not accepted.
3. Important notes: Van facility is provided for the entire session and mid-session changes are not granted. Do not bring valuable articles or cash to school. Visitors and phone calls are not allowed during school hours except in emergencies. Regularity and punctuality are essential, and absence without written permission incurs a fine; the governing body reserves the right to amend rules with jurisdiction in Kurukshetra.
