Admissions

1. Admission is open for Nursery to IX and XI for the session 2025-26. Applications are invited for these classes for the upcoming session. Admissions are considered on merit after an informal interaction. The notice specifies the classes for which admission is open and the session year.

2. AGE CRITERIA: Nursery: Minimum age as on 1 April 2025 is 3 ½ years. UKG: Minimum age as on 1 April 2025 is 4 ½ years. Class I: Minimum age as on 1 April 2025 is 5 ½ years. Classes II–IX and XI: As per the Transfer Certificate issued by the previous school.

3. ADMISSION PROCEDURE: As per the RTE Act, there will be no written test for admission to Nursery to VIII. Nursery, UKG and Class I admissions will be granted on the basis of the age criteria mentioned above. For classes II–IX, admission will be considered on the basis of the previous 3 years' Annual Marks Statement provided by the previous schools. Class XI admissions will be based on the performance in the Class X Board examination. All admissions are considered purely on merit after an informal interaction.

4. REGISTRATION: The Admission cum Registration Form can be obtained from the school office on payment of Rs. 600/-. Registration would be completed only after submitting the duly filled form with all required documents and on payment of Rs. 1000/-. (Registration fee includes the cost of the Prospectus). Please do not submit the downloaded form.

5. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR REGISTRATION: The duly filled Admission-cum-Registration Form should be submitted with photographs. The Birth Certificate of the Candidate and Aadhar Card of the Candidate must be provided. The previous two years' Annual Marks Statement and the current year's Half yearly Exams Marks Statement must be attached, along with the Countersigned original Transfer Certificate from the previous school. Additional documents for NRIs and Foreign Nationals include Passport copy, Visa, and Police Clearance certificate.

6. DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION: Countersigned Original Transfer Certificate of the Previous school and a Photocopy of the Annual Exam Mark Statement of the Previous class should be submitted. Two passport size photographs in School Uniform (RPS) must be provided. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable, and Medical Certificate in the prescribed proforma are required. Duly Filled in Hostel Form (in duplicate), if applicable, and Bank Account details of the child should be provided.

7. WITHDRAWAL & REFUND: Parents desiring to withdraw their child from the school must give 1 (one) month's notice in writing and obtain an acknowledgement from the school. A student who drops out in the middle of the term forfeits the claim of fees and other fees to obtain a Transfer Certificate. Caution Money will be refunded after deducting all dues. Transfer Certificate will be issued not before 15 days after receiving the application. School Fees once Paid are not Refundable. Caution money and Pocket money (of Boarders) will be refunded after deduction of dues, if any. For the withdrawal of transport services, one month's written notice is essential. No withdrawal of transport services in the last quarter. If the Security Deposit (Hostel) is not collected within a year of the student's withdrawal, the amount will be forfeited.
