Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Step 1: Application should be made by filling the online enquiry form. The parent will receive an email indicating vacancy status and instructions to pay the registration fees. Incomplete registration forms are not accepted. Registration does not guarantee or confirm admission. Step 2: The registration must be completed before the assessment of the candidate. Age criteria for admission follow government directives. The process emphasizes that registration is not a guarantee of admission. Step 3: After payment of registration fees (one-time non-refundable), the Admission Form link and probable test dates are emailed. The school provides the Admission Form link and test date information via email. If test dates change, the admissions office will inform accordingly. The assessment evaluates language, science and mathematics at age-appropriate levels. Step 4: An age/grade appropriate interaction is conducted to identify the minimum achievement level of learning in English, Science and Maths. In the case of IBDP 1, the 10th standard board exam or pre/mock exam marks are considered. The SEN policy may apply to candidates with special education needs. Step 5: The admission is confirmed after payment of fees and submission of required documents. The school notifies the family of admission confirmation via email. Step 6: Payment of the full amount includes admission confirmation fees (one-time non-refundable), security deposit (one-time refundable on withdrawal) and tuition fees (first instalment). Late fee charges apply if dues are not paid as scheduled. Step 8: Submission of required documents (self-attested) is required. Documents for Resident Indian students include Birth Certificate, Aadhar card, PAN card, current school transcripts, Bonafide certificate, Transfer Certificate, Health/Medical certificate, passport-size photographs (2 copies), and current address proof. Documents for Foreign Nationals include valid passport copies for student and parents, valid visa, introduction letter from employer (if applicable), passport photos (3 copies), Health/Medical certificate, current school transcripts, letter of recommendation from Principal/Facilitator, Transfer Certificate, OCI/PIO card copies, FRO document, and current address proof. Any language other than English requires countersignature by the embassy or competent authority. Age criteria for admission follow government directives. The policy also covers transport and other cost details, and confirms it is a day school with no boarding facility.
