Application & processing fees
- Processing (application) fee: INR 2,000 (non‑refundable for the Playgroup fee schedule shown for AY 2025–26).

Published tuition and term charges (available amount for Playgroup, Academic Year 2025–26)

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Dayscholar fees are billed twice a year: First Term (March–September) bill payable on or before 31 May; Second Term (October–March) bill payable on or before 31 October. Bills for extras/emergencies are sent separately and are payable within one month of issue.
- A late payment fine of INR 5 per day is imposed for fees not paid by the due date on the bill. Reports, mark sheets and transfer certificates will not be issued until all dues are cleared.

Boarding (Camp campus) — availability and billing
- Boarding accommodation is provided at the Camp campus with multiple dormitories arranged by class; boarders are generally admitted only after they are at least four years old (June of that year). Specific boarding fee amounts are not published on the public pages that list accommodation details. Boarders' bills are to be paid online via the school portal/TBS App or by Demand Draft where applicable. The school arranges books/stationery for boarders and bills these to parents.
- Notice for withdrawal from the hostel: one term's notice is required, or one year's boarding fees may be charged in lieu of notice. If a boarder leaves the hostel before an agreed minimum period (stipulated in the school rules), additional fees may be charged as per the fee rules.

Other costs and recurring charges
- Uniforms: supplier contact details are provided for uniform purchase; uniform cost is an additional outlay (supplier and contact provided by the school).
- Repairs and renewals / damage charges: wanton damage to school property will be charged to the parent; ‘‘Repairs and Renewals'' charges may be levied to compensate for damage.
- Bills for extras/emergencies and any additional services (books/stationery for boarders, special activity charges, etc.) are billed separately and payable within one month of issue.

Refunds and withdrawal rules
- The Playgroup schedule explicitly lists Processing and Admission fees as non‑refundable for the Academic Year 2025–26.
- For withdrawal from the school, two clear calendar months' written notice must be given; if two months' notice is not given, a term's fee following the term in which the child is withdrawn will be charged. Notices for withdrawal must be given on or before 30 September or before 31 March during the academic year as applicable. Transfer Certificates and other documents will not be released until all dues are cleared.
- For boarders, one term's notice of withdrawal from the hostel is required, otherwise one year's boarding fees may be charged. The school requires a minimum boarding period for some admissions and may charge in lieu of notice if that minimum is not met.

Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods for school/hostel fees: Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking, EMI, UPI via the school's online payment facilities.
