- Robotics (Classes VI–VIII), Astronomy Club and similar specialty clubs: charged where applicable; amounts are declared when applicable.
- CBSE registration/examination fees, Olympiads, inter‑school competitions, educational trip charges and similar activity fees are charged separately as applicable (as actuals).
- Textbooks, notebooks, stationery and school uniform are not included in the composite school fee and must be purchased separately by parents.
Transport / Bus fees (monthly amounts; payable quarterly)
- Bus fees are quoted as monthly amounts but collected on the quarterly schedule; examples of listed monthly rates include:
- Noida local routes: INR 3,200 per month (collected quarterly).
- Certain Noida sectors (82, 93, 104, 108, 110, 117, 119, 120, 121, 122): INR 3,750 per month.
- Eastend / Nagarjuna / Vasundhra Enclave / Sarita Vihar / Mayur Vihar I & III / Greater Noida West: INR 4,630 per month.
- Indirapuram, Vaishali, Crossing Republik Ghaziabad, Noida Sector‑128/134/135/137/143/168, Mayur Vihar‑2, Patparganj Delhi: INR 5,070 per month.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fee quarters and due dates:
- 1st quarter (Apr–Jun) — due by 15 April (1st quarter also includes the first two months of bus fees).
- 2nd quarter (Jul–Sep) — due by 15 July.
- 3rd quarter (Oct–Dec) — due by 15 October.
- 4th quarter (Jan–Mar) — due by 15 January.
- Accepted payment methods: online fund transfers, cheque (drawn in favour of THE KHAITAN SCHOOL), and Demand Draft (D.D.). Cash payments are not accepted.
- Partial fee payments are not accepted.
- Late payment penalties: late fee accrues at INR 50 per day from the day after the due date until payment is received.
- Dishonour of cheque / returned cheque charge: a service charge is levied (documented as a dishonour fee in the school fee policy). (See school fee rules and admission & fee policy for the precise applicable amount and any session‑specific variation.)
- Non‑payment: if fees (and other dues) remain unpaid for 20 days after the respective quarterly due date, the student's name may be struck off the school rolls.
Refund and withdrawal rules
- Registration and Admission fees are non‑refundable under any circumstances.
- Composite School Fee (tuition) is refundable in full only if a student has not attended school for a single day. If the student has attended even one day, a written notice of one month is required for refund; refunds are made on a pro‑rata basis.
- Bus fee is refundable only if the bus facility has not been availed for a single day in the quarter; otherwise a one‑month written notice is required and a pro‑rata refund is made.
- For withdrawal of an existing student, a notice period of one month is mandatory; if notice is not given, fees for the notice period become payable.
Boarding / hostel
- The Khaitan School operates as a day school and does not provide boarding or hostel accommodation; therefore, boarding fees are not applicable.
