Five entry points for admissions: Grade 1 (Primary School) uses the ICSE curriculum; Grade 8 (Middle School) follows the Cambridge Secondary Qualification; Grade 11 (Senior School) follows Cambridge International Advanced Levels (AS & A Levels); other grades are admitted subject to availability. The admission process includes: completion of the application form with relevant documents; an interaction with the candidate and parents/guardian to assess background and aptitude; physical verification of original documents submitted with the application form; offers of admission are made within seven working days of processing; provisional or final admissions are granted upon payment of the fee and fulfilling the VSA admission procedure. The admissions checklist includes: the application form duly filled and signed by both parents; father's particulars; mother's particulars; guardian's particulars; confidential health information; copy of birth certificate (verified with the original); copies of the academic reports (verified with the original); transfer certificate original (to be collected after admission); ID and signature proof of parents/guardians; copy of passport (for foreign nationals); copy of child's Aadhar; copies of parents' Aadhar; note on submitting the original transfer certificate within fifteen days and providing Current School DISE Code and SATS Enrolment Code as required.

Vidyashilp Academy sits on an 18-acre, internet-enabled campus in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
