Guidance and Counselling offers College and Career Counseling to support students' futures. Individual Counselling helps students address personal concerns and social challenges and equips them with tools to cope and navigate challenges. Group Counselling engages students in sessions on stress management, study strategies, and peer relationship management. College and Career Guidance helps students identify colleges abroad or in India, prepare applications, and build competitive profiles. The department coordinates regular university interfaces and university fairs to provide timely information and opportunities. Counselors offer workshops on profile building, unconventional courses, careers of the future, and related topics to support students planning their futures.

Vidyashilp Academy sits on an 18-acre, internet-enabled campus in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The school offers a blended Indian and Cambridge IGCSE pathway, with Phase I focused on early childhood development through a no-homework, project-based approach, and Phase II delivering an interdisciplinary worldview to support higher education and future careers. The curriculum includes Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A Levels alongside the school's bespoke programme.
