Fee payment options (methods accepted and portals)
- Online payment through the school's payment gateway / SchoolPad (web portal and mobile app). Accepted electronic methods include Net Banking, UPI, Debit Card and Credit Card.
- At the school office the school accepts Cheque or Demand Draft for payments where allowed. Cash is not accepted.
- The online payment portal and app are the primary channels; parents should use the school portal/app login for fee remittance and payment receipts.

Boarding / Hostel fees
- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as a day school and does not offer hostel accommodation.

Other charges and optional fees
- Transport fee: Transport is charged separately and typically billed for 11 months (one month exempted in the first quarter because of summer vacation). Transport fee deadlines align with quarterly fee deadlines; discontinuation requires written notice (15 days) or fee for the next month becomes due. Annual insurance/tax charges for transport may be payable regardless of the month of enrollment.
- Caution money / security deposit: Caution money may apply for certain students (historically applicable to older admissions); specific refund rules apply — if withdrawal notice is given after the school's stated deadline, caution money (where applicable) is refunded only after deducting the fee for the next quarter. (This condition applies to the cohorts identified in the school circulars.)
- Other possible charges: Separate charges or funds (for example annual funds, examination fees, activity/material charges, Ex‑Vivekite Association registration for Class XII, development/construction funds, uniform costs and specific program fees) are levied in addition to tuition where applicable; such items are billed separately and on notification. Payment instructions identify specific links for school fee, transport fee and certain registration fees.

Refund and withdrawal rules
- Tuition and transport fees: Fees once paid are not refundable.
- Administrative/Admission charges: Administrative/Admission Charges are non‑refundable.
- Withdrawal and caution money: If a written withdrawal request is received after the school's stated cutoff date for continuation/withdrawal, any refundable caution money (if applicable to that student) will be refunded after deducting the fee for the next quarter as per the school circular. Parents must provide withdrawal notice in writing as required by the school calendar/rules.
