Zebar School for Children

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The school publishes quarterly/term instalment due dates (examples shown for 2026–2027: Date of Admission, 01.07.2026, 01.10.2026, 01.01.2027 with corresponding last dates 15.07.2026, 15.10.2026, 15.01.2027).
- A late-payment fine of INR 10 per day is charged from parents for payments not received within the stipulated time, up to the date of payment.
- All unpaid fees must be cleared before transfer certificate / leaving certificate (TC/LC) is issued.

Boarding fees

- No boarding fees are published. The school's fee schedule and related pages do not list boarding or hostel charges, indicating boarding is not applicable.

Other costs and fees (uniforms, books, transport, activities, etc.)

- The published fee figures do not include the cost of uniform, books, and transportation; the school states these are excluded from the fee figures and are to be procured by parents from the open market.

Refund information (fee refund policy)

- New admissions withdrawn more than one month before the academic year starts: the tuition fee for Q1 is refunded and the term fee is refunded; admission fees are not refunded.
- New admissions withdrawn less than one month before the academic year starts: one month's tuition is retained; any remaining paid months are refunded; term fee is refunded; admission fees are not refunded.
- Admissions withdrawn after the academic year starts (new or existing students): tuition is payable up to the end of the month the student attended; any balance already paid will be refunded; term fees are refundable only if less than three months of the term are over (no refund if half the term or more has passed); admission fees are not refunded.
- Other conditions: fees paid for one student are not adjustable against fees for another student; refunds are processed after submission of a withdrawal form plus refund application and valid bank details and ID; refunds are processed within three months of receiving the required documentation.

Fee payment options and receipts

- Online payment is the primary collection mechanism; the school uses an online portal and ICICI Bank's Easy Pay payment gateway.
- Accepted modes include Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI (VPA), NEFT/RTGS, and other online gateway options (Paytm and the school's ICICI/Eazypay links are shown for fee payment).
- A receipt is generated on successful transaction and is available for download.
