Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard annual instalment plan: four instalments for the academic year. For 2026–2027 the instalment dates are: 1) upon registration; 2) 5 November 2026; 3) 7 January 2027; 4) 8 April 2027. Tuition may be paid in the four instalments on those dates.
- Resource fees, meal charges, and transport charges are additional to the tuition fee and billed according to the items below.
- Meals: Annual meal charging by stage — Key Stage 1 (Years 1–3) IQD 1,341,000; Key Stage 2 (Years 4–6) IQD 1,415,500; Secondary (Years 7–12) IQD 1,490,000. Meal fees are payable over 10 months (August–May). Meals are included in BISKonauts tuition.
- Transport (school bus): Annual range IQD 1,275,000–IQD 2,000,000 depending on route; bus fees are payable in two instalments (August and December).
- External examination fees (IGCSE, SAT, AP, AS, A‑Level, Achievement tests) are not included in tuition or the resource fee and will be charged separately.
- Payment timing and non-payment: Fees must be arranged in accordance with the chosen instalment plan. Late payments may incur additional charges and persistent arrears can lead to suspension of attendance until outstanding fees are settled. Certain enrolment-type fees (daily/monthly/BISKonauts) are non‑refundable once the enrolment period begins.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates as a day school with school‑provided transport available. Transport is priced as above.
Other costs and optional services
- Uniforms and textbooks: covered by the annual resource fee for Years 1–12 (amounts listed above). Pre‑KG and KG resource fees cover classroom resources and diaries as specified.
- Extra‑curricular activities, enrichment courses, external exam charges, and any specialised trips or suppliers are additional and charged separately when applicable.
- BISKonauts (early years) programme offers weekly/daily enrolment options with separate short‑programme charges (examples shown in the fees schedule); payment rules for those options require payment in full at the start of the chosen enrolment period and are non‑refundable once the period begins.
Discounts and fee reductions
- Early‑payment discount: A 15% discount applies to the annual tuition fee if the full tuition is paid in advance by the published early‑payment deadline for the year (the published deadline for the 2026–2027 fee year was 31 July 2026). This discount applies only to the tuition component.
- Sibling discounts while all siblings are enrolled: second sibling 5% off tuition, third and any additional siblings 10% off tuition. Discounts cannot be combined; only the single highest applicable discount will apply (Ambassador Programme exclusions noted).
- Ambassador (referral) credit: A fixed IQD 372,500 discount per successfully referred student is applied to both the referring and referred family accounts where applicable.
Refund information
- The registration fee of IQD 1,117,500 is non‑refundable. Certain program and enrolment fees (monthly, daily, and specific short‑term enrolment options) are non‑refundable once the enrolment period begins. Payments generally must be completed in full before the child's attendance for the relevant period and may be non‑refundable according to the enrolment type and the school's payment policy. Late payments may incur charges and repeated non‑payment can affect attendance.
