1. Start the Capital City Private High School online application form. The form is available in English, Kurdish, and Arabic. It begins with Student Information and collects the student's full name, gender, email address, phone number, birthday, and address, and asks for the grade being applied for as well as nationality, place of birth, ID number, native language, religion, and language spoken at home. It also asks whether the child has previously attended another Cambridge International School campus.

2. Provide Health Information. The form asks whether the child has any impairments, including ADHD, physical disabilities, hearing, sight, or speech issues, or other conditions. It also asks whether the child is currently taking any medicine and, if so, to specify the medicine. This information helps the school plan appropriate support.
