Rise International School Erbil (RISE) was founded in 2017 as Ronaki International School Erbil. It was authorized by the Kurdistan Regional Government Ministry of Education through Ministerial Order No. 4083. In 2023 it was renamed Rise International School Erbil through Ministerial Order No. 4946. RISE is located at Future City Villas, Masif Road, 44001, Erbil, Iraq, and continues to operate from its original purpose-built campus. The school operates under the Ronaki Hawler Education Company, a joint venture between Stirling Schools Iraq and Khoshnaw Group, and is one of ten educational institutions within this network. Since its establishment, RISE has remained dedicated to fostering academic rigor, cultural awareness, leadership, and international-mindedness among its students.
