The Columbia International School Tokorozawa campus sits in a nature-rich suburban area about 20 kilometers northwest of Shinjuku, Tokyo. The campus comprises two buildings, the Annex Building and the Elementary Building. The facilities include a Big Gym, a Small Gym, a Cafeteria, an Art Room and a Field for outdoor activities. The school supports technology-enabled learning, having been an early adopter of mobile internet technology in 2001 to enhance IT education. The dormitory is located about an eight-minute walk from the campus, providing supervised boarding for students.
Two gymnasiums, the Big Gym and the Small Gym, provide indoor spaces for physical education and team sports. A Field on campus supports outdoor athletics and field activities. The facilities on campus are designed to support a broad PE program and after-school sports participation. There is no on-site swimming pool listed among the facilities.
The campus provides computer labs and sciences labs to support science and IT education. Art rooms offer dedicated spaces for visual arts and creative projects. All courses are taught in English by certified teachers as part of the Ontario curriculum, and Japanese language lessons are offered daily up to Grade 8.

Columbia International School is a K–12 school in Tokorozawa, west of Greater Tokyo, with access via Higashi-Tokorozawa Station on the JR Musashino Line. Teaching follows the Ontario (Canada) curriculum and all courses are taught in English, with Japanese (Kokugo) lessons offered daily up to Grade 8. The school offers a boarding program, with a dormitory located about an 8-minute walk from campus and supervised daily by a resident dorm supervisor. Co-curricular options listed by the school include activities such as art, newspaper, soccer, music club, yearbook club, photo club and drama club.
