Visit the school to review the curriculum and daily routines and fill the Kindergarten Admission Form or collect admission forms along with the medical check‑up from the school. 3. Medical Check‑up at the Sato Clinic (Edogawa, Funabori) and use the attached Medical Check‑up form if the clinic form is not available. 4. Pay the Admission fees with the contract. 5.
