- A monthly payment plan is offered (published schedule lists a monthly payment plan fee of JPY 5,000). Specific plan details and enrolment conditions are published with the school's fee documents.

The school publishes a School Supplies List for each academic year. Laboratory, activity and occasional program fees noted above apply where relevant.

Refund information
- Published fee schedules for the 2025–2026 academic year list fees and payment schedules but do not include a general, detailed public refund policy in the items summarised in the publicly posted fee documents. Refunds and any tuition adjustments are handled according to the school's formal fee policy as set out in the official fee schedule and parent‑student handbook. For clarity on the circumstances and timing under which refunds (if any) are issued, refer to the school's official fee schedule and parent handbook.

Accepted payment methods and instructions
- The publicly available fee summary and fee schedule indicate instalment and monthly plan options (including a published monthly plan fee) but do not list specific payment channels (for example: bank transfer, credit card, online payment processor) in the summary materials. Specific accepted payment methods and the bank/account details or online payment instructions are provided in the school's invoicing documents and fee schedule materials.

Notes and reminders (factual and procedural)
- One‑time fees (application, assessment, entrance) are charged on initial enrolment; some of these may carry a late‑payment surcharge if paid after the school's stated deadline (for example, the entrance fee surcharge after April 1). Annual fees recur each school year.
- The school published a fee schedule for Academic Year 2025–2026; subsequent year schedules are published by the school when released.
