Phoenix House is located in central Tokyo and serves pupils aged 5 to 11. Boarding facilities exist at North Peak Enrichment Campus in Hidaka Town, Hokkaido. During enrichment, curricular trips may include a stay at North Peak Enrichment Campus, providing a boarding-school experience. This boarding arrangement is tied to enrichment activities rather than a regular residential option.
All pupils wear Phoenix House uniforms in line with the Uniform Policy. The blazer and School Backpack are designed by Familiar and can be ordered on the Uniform Shop page, with other items ordered from Tombow's online shop; deliveries are made to classrooms in one to two weeks. The uniform includes four house scarves (Oak, Rothesay, Snowdon, Windsor) and an access code (105502) is provided for parents to set up Tombow accounts.
Hot lunches are provided by Kiwi Kitchen and delivered per-ordered lunches each day; parents pay Kiwi Kitchen directly. This on-site lunch option complements the school day.
Phoenix House uses a four-house system: Snowdon, Rothesay, Windsor, and Oak. The houses promote collaboration across age levels and feature house-point competition; House Captains can lead events and work with Heads of House to organise activities.
The School Board governs Phoenix House International School, consisting of a Board of Directors. The school is presented as a brand within Clarence Education Asia Limited (CEAMS) and is part of the Clarence Education Asia group. The Head of School is Claire Fletcher.
