Billing schedule and payment terms

Payment deadlines for term installments are the dates listed for each term (Term 1 installment / withdrawal notice deadline Apr 30; Term 2 deadline Oct 31; Term 3 deadline Jan 31). Returning students are required to have annual school fees paid in full by the published April deadline; newly enrolling students pay according to the dates in their acceptance letter.

Boarding fees

Optional and other costs

- Bus service (optional): One-way ¥200,000; Round-trip ¥340,000.
- Extended childcare (Beyond the Bell) for K–G5: Unlimited Plan — Term 1 ¥172,000; Term 2 ¥118,250; Term 3 ¥118,250 (tax included). On-demand plan billed by the hour at ¥1,800 per hour (rounded to nearest 15 minutes).
- Additional items explicitly stated as not included in the fees: some school activities, uniforms, lunches, IT devices for Grade 6 and above, some social events and private instrumental lessons. Tokyo International Public School (TIPS) is an English-medium school in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, with campuses in Nishi-Kasai and Naka-Kasai.
