Billing schedule and payment terms

- The first tuition installment (first school fee) is due before the start of the scholastic year; the second installment is submitted as a post‑dated check delivered to the school's finance office along with the first installment.
- A discount is granted when the full tuition for both scholastic semesters is paid before the start of the year: a 5% discount on the second semester fee when full payment for both semesters is made by the end of the first week of the academic year. All discounts apply to base school fee only. Late payment cancels any discounts.
- Sibling discounts apply for additional children: second sibling 5%, third sibling 10%, fourth and subsequent siblings 15% (no discount for the eldest).
- A student is considered registered for the full scholastic year on enrollment; the full tuition and other charges remain due even if the student leaves or is dismissed during the year. The school does not refund tuition paid for a student who withdraws during the scholastic year except in extenuating circumstances (for example, the family leaving the country) and only after presentation of official departure documentation and board consideration.

Boarding fees

- The school operates as a day school and publishes transport (bus) fees by route rather than boarding fees. No boarding provision or boarding fees are listed. Example transport annual rates shown include: Khalda / Umm al‑Summaq / Tla'a al‑Ali — one‑way JOD 600, two‑way JOD 700; other regions shown at one‑way JOD 700, two‑way JOD 800.

Other costs and optional fees

- Textbooks, stationary, annual school book, computing charges, graduation fees, external exam fees (for British programme subjects) and activity/field‑trip costs are charged in addition to tuition. External exam fees for British programmes are paid by the student to the examining body (e.g., the British Council) at registration for those exams.
- Support and remedial services carry fixed additional fees. Published examples include remedial/auxiliary education JOD 2,000; speech therapy service JOD 1,000; support teacher JOD 1,500; Arabic language reinforcement for non‑native speakers JOD 750. Miscellaneous charges include activities, stationery, health insurance and educational visits.
- A transport‑seat reservation fee is charged to secure a place on the school bus; annual bus fees depend on route and are charged separately.
- Uniforms and school items are charged separately; books and uniform are not released unless required fees are paid and a payment receipt is presented.

Refund information

- Tuition is generally non‑refundable if a student withdraws or is dismissed during the scholastic year. Refunds may be considered only in documented extenuating circumstances (for example, family departure from the country), and then only at the discretion of the school board on submission of official departure papers.

Fee payment options

- The school accepts payment of the first installment prior to the scholastic year and requires the second installment as a post‑dated check delivered to the finance office. Payment channels used by the school community include bank/cheque and established Jordanian e‑payment services; electronic bill‑payment platforms used by Jordanian schools (e.g., eFAWATEERcom / bank online payment channels) are commonly listed for this school in public payment‑platform listings. External exam fees are paid directly to the examining body (British Council) by the student when registering for exam subjects.

Notes for parents

- All amounts above are given in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). Some fees vary by curriculum stream (national vs international) and by route for transport; additional optional services and exam fees are charged separately. Receipts or proof of payment are required before books, uniforms or bus places are issued.
