Per-term breakdown and billing schedule

Admissions

Admissions

1) Age-based eligibility for admission. Admission is organized by grade level and birth year. First Grade is for children born in 2020; Preparatory is for those born in 2021; Nursery (Bustan) is for those born in 2022; Play Class is for those born in 2023. The school reviews applicants to determine alignment with these age requirements.

2) Documents for new entrants in nursery or first grade (Jordanian inside the Kingdom). A certified birth certificate showing the national number. A copy of the family book (father's page, mother's page, and student's page). A copy of the immunization card. Two passport-size photos. The certificate from the previous year for the grades seven, eight, and nine.

3) Documents for non-Jordanians inside the Kingdom. Palestinians: birth certificate and a copy certified by the embassy, the approval from Follow-up and Inspection, and a passport copy for Gaza residents. Syrians: security card, a letter from the Commission, and a certified copy of the birth certificate or a passport copy. Iraqis, Egyptians, and other nationalities: birth certificate copy with the original, a passport copy certified by the respective embassy, and a residence card (except Gulf states without residence).

4) Students from outside the Kingdom. Parents must bring the documents described above or their equivalents certified by authorities from the previous country, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the embassy, and then the Ministry of Education / Private Education Department. The documents must be brought before 30/09/2026.

5) Documents for students in grade 2 and above. The complete student file from the previous school, including the birth certificate and the items described in (2). Certificate of the last grade studied (first and second terms) plus certificates for seventh and eighth grades. Grade results certificate. Student status record. Transfer letter certified by the Directorate of Education / Private Education Department indicating clearance or settlement of financial obligations with the school being transferred from.

6) Grounds for admitting new students. Admission of a new student, if a seat is available, depends on: passing the personal interview with the head of the section (bringing the last year's certificate). The student and guardian must review and sign the Student Code of Conduct. Passing the admission tests in Arabic, English, and Mathematics.

7) Note on missing documents. If the required file and documents are not brought by the scheduled date, the schools reserve the right to refuse admission even if tuition has been paid.

8) After acceptance and enrollment. The student is admitted and registered in the school according to the above steps. After passing the interview and tests, the guardian pays 50% of the tuition. A registration fee of 150 dinars and a transfer fee of 100 dinars apply if withdrawal occurs after 30/06/2026. The guardian may pay tuition in installments. The registration contract is for one academic year and is not automatically renewed.

Scholarships

Sibling discount on tuition totals: second child 5%, third 10%, fourth 15%, fifth 20%, sixth 25%. Quran memorization scholarships apply to tuition: full memorization yields 100% discount; partial memorization yields a proportional discount based on the number of parts memorized; the scholarship lasts one year and begins for eligible students (memorization intake begins 2/7/2026 for students advancing from primary to secondary). For students arriving from outside the schools, a minimum average of 90% is required, and the scholarship is awarded to the top ten evaluations. Academic excellence discounts: for 4th–10th grade (national program) the top student receives 20% and the second top student 10%. For Grade 11 (First Secondary) a 25% discount is awarded to the student with 97–100% average; for Grade 12 a 50% discount is awarded for 95–97%; 100% is awarded for 97.1% and above. Early payment discount: 5% off the tuition if the full amount is paid by 31/8/2026. Union and military discounts: 5% off for qualifying families. Children of employees: 50% discount for two children. Discount rules: all discounts apply to tuition only and do not include transportation; discounts cannot exceed 100% of the tuition; discounts do not stack; when multiple discounts apply, the highest discount is used. The top three students in each section of the primary grades receive a certificate of appreciation and a physical prize.

Waitlist

The waiting service is provided for nursery and the first three grades at 20 dinars per month, and waiting lasts until the third hour of the day; during Ramadan it lasts until the second hour and during final exam periods. If there is more than one child in the waiting service, a monthly fee of 15 dinars is charged for each additional child. Waitlist fees are included in tuition installments and paid with the tuition installments.
