Admissions

Admissions

1. Registration begins on May 1, 2025. New students from second grade through the second year of secondary school must take an entrance examination and undergo a personal interview. Any student who does not enroll is considered withdrawn, and the school is not obliged to re-enroll them, even if they were previously enrolled.
2. Kindergarten admissions: The Bostan class accepts children born between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021. The Prep class accepts children born between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020. The First Grade Primary accepts children born between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019.
3. A clearance from the Accounting Department must be presented as part of the enrollment process. This clearance confirms there are no outstanding liabilities. Without this clearance, registration cannot proceed.
4. No student will be registered unless last year's tuition is paid. Fees must be paid in advance, either in cash or by checks due by April 30.
5. Any student whose average is less than 70% will not be renewed for the next year. The policy applies to all grade levels. The school uses annual academic performance to determine renewal eligibility.
