AAJ offers a range of extracurricular activities that support academic and intellectual development. AAJ Talks strengthens public speaking and communication, while AAJ Got Talent provides a platform for student presentations and performances. The clubs include Mad Scientist for science exploration and Spanish for language development, among others held during the school day. The University and Career Counseling program complements academics with a 20-hour Internship, university fairs, workshops, Career Day, and university visits to support post-secondary planning.
AAJ provides arts and creative activities, including the AAJ Choir, which involves singing and musical performance. Arts and crafts are offered through various clubs such as Art, Crafts, and Music, and there is also a Story Time club for reading and creative activities. These on-campus clubs meet during school hours to encourage creative expression and collaboration.
AAJ promotes cultural awareness through events such as International Mother Tongue Day, Arab Child Day, International Child Day, Autism Awareness Day, and Chinese Day, which celebrate language and culture. After-school activities include excursions to Ajloun, Wadi Rum, and other Jordanian historic sites. Students participate in local and global competitions as part of after-school activities. There are school sports teams, including basketball and football, with regular practices and interschool tournaments.
Community Service & Volunteering includes visits to orphanages and homes for the elderly, bake sales, fundraising activities, and other creative outreach efforts to support those in need. The school participates annually in the Walk for Life, in cooperation with the King Hussein Cancer Center. These activities promote social responsibility and community engagement.

Alliance Academy Jordan (AAJ) is a co-educational, inclusive international school established in 2014 on the outskirts of Amman. Catering to students from Kindergarten through Grade 12, the academy offers a dual-track academic system where students can choose between the British program (Cambridge IGCSE and A-Levels) or the American High School Diploma (AHSD) starting in high school. The curriculum is enriched with diverse subjects including Robotics, Chinese, and a unique "Values to Grow" program designed to foster character and leadership.
