Application, registration, capital and transportation fees
- Application fee: USD 150 (paid at time of online application).
- Registration (re-enrolment) fee: USD 3,600 per child or USD 5,700 per family; the registration fee is credited toward tuition.
- Capital Fund Assessment (CFA): USD 12,000 one-time (K–12 applicants). The CFA is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Bus (round-trip) transportation: USD 1,910 (charged as a round-trip fee even if only one-way service is used).

Capital Fund Assessment (CFA) payment options
- CFA payment in full.
- CFA over 2 years: USD 4,500 first year and USD 7,500 second year.
- CFA over 3 years: USD 4,500 first year, USD 3,750 second year, USD 3,750 third year.
- CFA over 4 years: USD 4,500 first year, USD 2,500 second year, USD 2,500 third year, USD 2,500 fourth year. The CFA must be paid in full by the student's graduation year or prior to withdrawal; late CFA payments incur the school's late-payment penalty.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Academic structure: Two-semester system (Fall and Spring).
- Due dates: Tuition, CFA, and transportation fees are due on or before the student's first day of school. Returning families may choose a three-installment payment plan with scheduled due dates of April 15, September 1, and February 1 (all payments due within 15 days of the date). The three-installment tuition option is available to eligible applicants (see payment deadlines). Tuition three-installment plans for the following academic year are available only for applications submitted before May 15.
- Late payment: A compounded interest penalty of 1% per month applies to late payments, calculated from the student's first day of school; students with unpaid fees may face suspension. If a student attends any portion of a semester, the full semester's tuition and fees are due. The registration fee is deducted from the first installment.

Refund information
- Capital Fund Assessment and Registration fees: non-refundable and non-transferable (with limited conditions for re-enrolment refunds described for returning students and wait-pooled seats).
- Tuition refunds: First-semester tuition payments are refundable if withdrawal notification is received before the first day of classes. Second-semester payments are refundable if withdrawal notification is received before the last day of the first semester. No refunds are provided for absences, withdrawals, suspensions, or expulsions that occur during a semester. Installment-plan payers remain responsible for any required installments unless the school is properly notified by the deadlines stated in the payment policy. In the event of long-term school closure, the Board of Trustees determines refund policies.

Boarding
- ACS Amman is an independent coeducational day school (Preschool through Grade 12); boarding is not applicable.
