Arab Model Schools have a comprehensive on-campus facilities complex to support academics, athletics, and the arts. The indoor athletic facilities include a renovated 350-seat gym with a full basketball/volleyball court and six retractable rims, an auxiliary gym for younger students, and a weight room with resistance machines, free weights, treadmills, and more. The campus features an indoor six-lane, 25-meter heated swimming pool with starting blocks, a spacious deck, large locker rooms, and on-duty lifeguards during pool operations. Outdoor facilities sit atop the athletic building and include a regulation-size synthetic turf soccer field with two goals and six practice goals, a 100-meter all-weather track, a rubberized track, and a hard court tennis court. Academic and arts spaces include over 80 classrooms, specialized science and computer labs, high-speed wireless networks, and interactive TVs in International Program classrooms, plus a 280-seat auditorium, a black box theater, and visual arts studios. The Falcon Snack Station provides healthy options and is overseen by health and safety authorities.

AMS has over 80 classrooms and specialized science and computer labs to support a rigorous learning environment. All classrooms have access to a high-speed wireless network. International Program classrooms are equipped with Interactive TVs and audio equipment to facilitate lessons.
AMS offers a wide range of extracurricular activities spanning sports, arts, and community service projects. Arab Model United Nations (AMUN) is a student-led program launched in 2014 that develops public speaking, research, diplomacy, and leadership. Model Arab League provides a platform for students to role-play diplomacy, debate, and policy making. Art & Design activities are supported by four well-equipped art rooms. The community service program partners with local organizations such as King Hussein Cancer Foundation, Tkiyet Um Ali, and the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, offering volunteer opportunities and hands-on service experiences.
