Other costs and charges

- Examination board fees (IGCSE, A Level, BTEC) are not included in tuition and are billed separately as required.

- Textbooks are provided where needed; optional trips, special courses, uniforms, co‑curricular activities (CCAs) and seasonal camp fees are charged separately and must be paid in advance. Learning support fees, if required, are charged in addition to tuition and are payable fully in advance; changes after assessment will be reflected on the invoice.

- Sibling discount: a discretionary discount may be awarded for the third and subsequent children from the same family. For the third child a reduction of 25% on the annual tuition fee may be applied; for the fourth and subsequent children a reduction of 50% on the total annual tuition fee may be applied. The discount applies to the youngest child(ren).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The invoice for annual school fees is issued in January at the start of Term 2. Full tuition fees for the following academic year are required to be paid in full by mid‑February (the published notices reference payment by 15th–16th February). Parents remain responsible for timely payment even when a third party pays the invoices. Pupils whose fees are not settled will not be admitted on the first day of the new academic year.

- For pupils leaving during a term, a minimum charge of 50% of that term's fees applies provided the required two‑term notice period has been given. For pupils who start during a term, fees are prorated based on the number of days enrolled during the term.

Refund and withdrawal policy

- Fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable unless the school receives two full terms' written notice of withdrawal. If notice is given after the first day of a term, the school may charge two extra term fees in lieu of proper notice. Any refund is subject to a 5% administrative fee. This withdrawal/ refund policy is applied in all cases, including political or force majeure situations.

Payment methods and currency

- Fees can be paid in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) or US Dollars (USD). The school applies the official middle USD/JOD exchange rate (published at the time) when converting payments; the fee schedule references an exchange rate of 0.708 in its billing procedure. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer and post‑dated cheques; the school's bank details are shown on the invoice.

Boarding

- ICS is a day school and does not operate a boarding programme; boarding fees are not applicable.

Consequences of non‑payment

- If fees are not received before the start of the academic year or term, the pupil will not be admitted. Outstanding balances may lead to a pupil not being re‑enrolled for the following academic year.

Pupil Nationality Mix

More than 700 students represent over 60 nationalities; there is no publicly published single most common nationality or local-to-international ratio.
