The school sits on an eleven-acre, purpose-built campus in the Na'our area, a semi-rural setting close to Amman. It provides specialist facilities to support a 21st-century British curriculum international school. The current facility, built in 2009, includes spaces for sport, ICT, science and the arts. The campus has been expanded with a secondary school expansion, a new library, a canteen and upgraded sports facilities; a huge new sports hall complex opened in 2021 and an Early Years centre for ages 3-5 opened in 2022. The campus is approximately fifteen minutes from most embassies and the city centre.

ICS continues to invest in sports facilities as part of ongoing campus development.

The campus features state-of-the-art infrastructure. The school uses the English National Curriculum, modified for local and international context. An Early Years Centre for ages 3-5 opened in 2022.
Over 163 weekly co-curricular clubs are offered. There are more than 70 hours of athletic opportunities weekly. Students participate in external competitions and events across organisations such as COBIS, BSME and World Scholars Cup. The Bayt Al Hikma programme includes Stretch and Challenge, Academic Competitions and Mentoring. The enrichment programme focuses on community service and global citizenship.
