International Pioneers Academy offers several enrichment and high-ability programs. The Gifted and Talented Program identifies high-potential students and provides them with enrichment opportunities aligned with 21st-century skills such as communication, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, and life skills; participants are selected through limited competitions at school and within the Arab world and prepared to compete globally. A Thinking-Based Learning program is integrated into the curriculum to develop creative and critical thinking in line with brain-based learning approaches. The school also provides an Intensive English language program and the ACMAS mental math program to boost language proficiency and mathematical thinking, along with a Quran program, a Digital Learning environment, a STEAM program, Turkish language offerings, bilingual kindergarten, and the Global Values Programme.
The STEAM program provides integrative experiences across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, delivered in English in digitally equipped laboratories. The school participates in art-related competitions, including a school-level achievement in drawing and design, reflecting the school's emphasis on creative expression.
