King's Academy sits on a 575-dunum site (144 acres) near Madaba, about 30 minutes from Amman and close to the Dead Sea. The campus comprises around 35 major buildings, including state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories, a 56,000-book library, a multi-faith spiritual center and garden, dormitories with faculty apartments, an auditorium and an observatory, and some of the finest athletics facilities in the Middle East. The campus is designed to blend modern innovation with Middle Eastern history, language and cultural values. It supports co-educational learning with single-gender housing and relies on residential faculty to supervise boarding. The campus is located on olives-and-farmland surroundings and features extensive on-site facilities for academics, arts and athletics.
The campus includes extensive athletics facilities. Students have access to playing fields and gymnasiums as part of the co-curricular program, with additional athletic spaces integrated into the campus infrastructure.
The school offers an American Curriculum and provides Advanced Placement exams in 24 subjects. Facilities include state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories, and a 56,000-book library. A middle school was opened for grades 7 and 8 in 2016, expanding the Upper School program. The academy provides university counseling and offers a range of electives in history, religion and the arts, including vocal and instrumental music, dance, theater, sculpture, drawing and painting. English is the language of instruction, with Arabic used as a social language among students.
King's Academy offers a broad range of co-curricular activities, including arts, music and theater, and weekend programming such as trips for the Arabic Year (AY) students. AP courses and Capstone Seminar are part of the curriculum, supporting leadership and interdisciplinary study. Merit scholarships are available for Grades 7 and 9, with boarding required for recipients from Grade 9 onward.
