The Challengers Department offers counselling, guidance, special education and support for individual students with learning difficulties, educational gaps or language acquisition issues, including an ABA specialist, Flowtime DIR, art therapy specialist, swimming therapist, occupational therapist, speech and language therapist, a 3:1 teacher-to-student ratio, and two full-time counsellors.
The school provides an English Only Stream introduced about ten years ago as an alternative to traditional bilingual education; a dedicated EAL department is not publicly described.
