Pupils participate in community projects and outreach to support local needs. These experiences emphasise social responsibility and service to others.
Leadership opportunities are provided through pupil-led groups (e.g., Haileybury Service, MUN, and charity CCAs) and the chance for seniors to organize and lead CCAs and mentor peers. Debating, MUN, and charity initiatives enable students to develop leadership, teamwork, and professional skills. Senior CCAs also involve project planning, event Organisation, and collaboration with external partners.
Wellbeing and physical health are supported through CCAs such as Swimming, Yoga, and Mindfulness. The programme includes outdoor, fitness, and recreational activities to promote balance between academics and personal health. These options encourage resilience, wellbeing, and social connectedness across year groups.
