Boarding Arrangements

Full boarding and weekly boarding are available. There are four houses on site: Serengeti (junior boys), Zion (junior girls), Sahara (senior boys), and Shaba (senior girls), each accommodating up to 12 students. Full boarders have meals included and may go home on weekends with parental notice; weekly boarders depart Fridays and return Sundays, with weekend activities arranged; a G4S security network supports boarding safety.

Uniform Requirement

All Braeburn students are required to wear a uniform.

Food Options

Meals are provided and are nutritious and well-balanced; students may also bring a packed lunch.

House System

Braeburn Imani International School is a co-educational, boarding day and residential community in Kenya. The school follows the British National Curriculum with additional opportunities to broaden and extend learning. In Key Stage One, English and Mathematics are taught daily, and Year 2 introduces French; in Key Stage Two, Drama is taught by a specialist, and the Performing Arts feature an annual whole‑school production. Sport runs through inter-school fixtures and inter-house competitions. The campus occupies 20 acres in a purpose-built setting. Modern facilities include classrooms equipped with data projectors and ICT, a dedicated 6th Form area, a well-stocked library, and specialist spaces for Music, Computing, Art, Science, and Food and Nutrition. An open-air auditorium, playing fields, a 25-metre pool with an EY pool, a staffed dining facility, a sick bay, a fleet of buses, and secure parking complete the environment. Extra-curriculars include MAD, MUN, and STEM, alongside other clubs and sports.
