Billing schedule, discounts, late payment and notice

- Standard billing: three tranches for most years (August, December, April); Years 11–13 billed in two tranches (August, December).
- Early payment discount: 3% on tuition when full payment is made within six days of the due date.
- Late payment surcharge: 1.25% per month on overdue amounts.
- Withdrawal notice: A full term's written notice, acknowledged by the headteacher, is required for withdrawals. If valid notice is not given, a full term's fees are payable in lieu of notice.
- The Board may alter fees on five months' notice.

Refund information

- The registration fee is non‑refundable.
- Refundable deposits are returned at the end of the pupil's final term after clearance by the headteacher; deductions may be made for losses or breakages.

Fee payment options

- Braeburn schools commonly accept bank transfers (direct payment into the school bank account), MPesa paybill, cheques and other electronic transfers; parents are asked to inform the Fees Office when a direct electronic payment is made. Accepted payment methods at Braeburn campuses include bank deposit/transfer and MPesa paybill (details vary by campus).

Practical notes on invoicing

- In certain year groups with limited vacancies a 20% advance payment of the tuition fee may be required against the first term's invoice; that advance is not refundable if a confirmed place is not taken up.

Braeburn Imani International School is a co-educational, boarding day and residential community in Kenya. The school follows the British National Curriculum with additional opportunities to broaden and extend learning. In Key Stage One, English and Mathematics are taught daily, and Year 2 introduces French; in Key Stage Two, Drama is taught by a specialist, and the Performing Arts feature an annual whole‑school production. Sport runs through inter-school fixtures and inter-house competitions. The campus occupies 20 acres in a purpose-built setting. Modern facilities include classrooms equipped with data projectors and ICT, a dedicated 6th Form area, a well-stocked library, and specialist spaces for Music, Computing, Art, Science, and Food and Nutrition. An open-air auditorium, playing fields, a 25-metre pool with an EY pool, a staffed dining facility, a sick bay, a fleet of buses, and secure parking complete the environment. Extra-curriculars include MAD, MUN, and STEM, alongside other clubs and sports.
