Fees
Application / Registration Fees
- An acceptance/registration deposit of KD 100 is payable within three days of the school's acceptance notification; this amount is deducted from the total school fees and is non‑refundable in the event of withdrawal.

Tuition fees (amounts by year group and per term)
- The school's publicly available parent materials do not publish a public schedule of tuition amounts by year group or per term. The full tuition rates, per‑term instalments and the annual totals are set out in the school's financial policy (the signed financial policy provided to families) rather than in the general parent handbook. The financial policy contains the complete breakdown of tuition by year group and instalment dates.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The first tuition instalment must be paid before the start of the school year in order to receive the student identification card. Re‑enrollment and fee deadlines are handled on the school's annual timetable; the school issues re‑enrollment guidance and sets the re‑enrollment deadline (end of April for re‑enrollment priority). The exact tuition due dates and instalment schedule are documented in the school's financial policy signed by parents and are administered by the Finance Department.

Boarding fees
- No boarding programme or boarding fees are published in the school's parent handbook or the public school materials; the school operates as a day school.

Other costs and recurring/extras
- Textbooks: Subject textbooks are distributed free of charge; parents are responsible for charges if books are lost or damaged.
- Uniforms: The official school uniform (including PE uniform and swimwear where required) must be worn; uniforms may be purchased at the school. No public uniform price list is published in the parent handbook.
- Technology/device charges: A school-managed Chromebook programme operates for higher grades; parents may lease a device (an up‑front lease payment option is documented as KD 201) or otherwise meet the school's device terms. Fees for repair or replacement due to loss or negligence are charged to the parent. Replacement costs published for school‑managed Chromebooks are: replacing the Chromebook KD 210; replacing the charger KD 25; replacing the stylus KD 15.
- Library and lost‑book charges: Charges apply for lost or unreturned library books; amounts are handled by the Finance Department.

Refund information
- The KD 100 acceptance/registration payment is non‑refundable in the event of withdrawal as specified in the school's registration policy. No separate, publicly published tuition‑refund schedule or detailed refund percentages (for withdrawals during the academic year) is included in the public parent handbook; those terms are recorded in the school's financial policy.

Fee payment options
- An online payment gateway is provided through the school's Online Payment portal (linked to the school's payment gateway page). The payment gateway references the Kuwait card payment channel (KNET) as part of the school's online payment infrastructure. Parents with payment enquiries are directed to the school IT/Finance contacts via the payment portal. No public, itemised list of alternative payment methods (bank transfer or specific card brands) is published in the parent handbook.

Summary of missing public details
- The public parent handbook and registration policy contain procedural and limited monetary items (registration deposit, device replacement costs, first‑instalment timing), but they do not publish the full tuition fee schedule by year group or per term for the 2026/27 (or 2025/26) academic year. The school's signed financial policy (maintained by the Finance Department) contains the complete tuition amounts, instalment dates, and detailed refund/withdrawal terms; families are required to review and sign that financial policy as part of registration.

For KG students: In addition to the above, the medical file must be submitted. 6. For all other students: In addition to the above, the parent must submit a stamped copy of the Certificate of Good Conduct, Financial Clearance, medical file, and the transfer certificate from the previous school. 7.
