History
Kuwait Indian School was established on 14 November 1985 by Late Mr. Ibrahim Al-Qutaimi, founder and chairman, initially in Farwaniya as a primary school. After his death in 2002, leadership passed to Mrs. Hind Al-Qutaimi as Chairperson Administrator and Miss Heyam Al-Qutaimi as Personal Manager and Authorized Signatory. The old premises were transferred to a Government School building in Jleeb Al-Shyoukh in April 2007; by 2010 the school extended to the secondary level and by 2018 to the Senior Secondary level. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, India with Affiliation No. 5930016 and is recognized by the Kuwait Ministry of Education.
