The documents required include: admission form; photocopy of birth certificate; photocopy of Kuwaiti Nationality, Father & Mother (if Kuwaiti); passport copy of the student, Father, Mother with Residence (if Non-Kuwaiti); two photographs of the student; Civil I.D. copy of the student, Father and Mother; Transfer certificate from the last school (Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassy of Kuwait); Clearance Certificate from the last school (if in Kuwait); Last Result Card from the previous school (Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassy of Kuwait); Health Card. These documents confirm eligibility and support the application and are used to verify identity, nationality, and prior schooling. 2. Age Scale.
