SRIS Sport operates within AISB, a network of eight international schools in Bishkek, to promote healthy competition and sportsmanship. Competitions run in Fall, Winter, and Spring with three age groups (U12, U15, U18) and biweekly practices, culminating in a multi-day tournament. Silk Road International School is registered as Cambridge International School KG010 with Cambridge Assessment International Education since 18 February 2020. The school is accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, and students acquire local attestat certificates alongside Cambridge diplomas. IELTS preparation is provided, and Kyrgyz and Russian languages are given strong emphasis within the SRIS language program.
A wide range of clubs is available, including Robotics, English Language, Chinese Language, Mathematics, Young Scientists, Taekwondo, Vocal, Football, Komuz, Dance, Chess, Toguz Korgool, Art Therapy, Design and Architecture, Painting and Drawing, Beading, Mental Arithmetic, and Handicraft. Student governance is supported by a school parliament that engages students in democratic decision-making.
