Payment can be made under three permitted plans: billed once for three years, billed annually, or billed semi-annually. Boarding fees and accommodation charges (RTU dormitories)
RTU ISST provides on-campus boarding using Riga Technical University dormitories; rent is split into a fixed monthly part (by dormitory and room type) and a variable monthly part for consumables and equipment.
