The International School of Choueifat was founded in 1886 by Tanios Saad and Louisa Procter as a school for girls in the village of Choueifat, Lebanon. The SABIS Network began expanding internationally in 1975 with the Sharjah campus, followed by ISC Bath in Europe (1983) and ISM Minneapolis in the USA (1985). The Lebanese Civil War prompted relocation in 1983, and ISC-Choueifat returned to its original campus in Choueifat in 1991. Today the SABIS Network educates over 70,000 students on five continents, and ISC-Choueifat enrolls more than 1,600 students from KG1 to Grade 12.

The International School of Choueifat in Choueifat, Lebanon, is a co-educational, English-medium independent day school in the SABIS network. It serves students from KG1 to Grade 12, aged 3 to 18, with more than 1,600 pupils from diverse nationalities. The school follows a bespoke SABIS curriculum that builds a solid academic foundation while developing learning techniques, interpersonal skills, and ethical values. Non-selective admissions support broad access and prepare students for admission to universities and successful careers. Facilities include a library with Britannica Online, two computer labs, five ITL exam halls (two with computer stations), and interactive whiteboards. Three cafeterias serve around 1,000 people, with a dedicated KG/Lower Primary canteen. The Alumni Club House and the History Hall preserve SABIS history, and ITL enables instant scoring through Computer-Based Examinations. The SABIS network began expanding internationally in 1975, and ISC-Choueifat traces its roots to 1886. Today the network educates tens of thousands.
