(These tariff rows are published together as the school's 2025–2026 tariffs table.)

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The published fees are organised into 1st, 2nd and 3rd versements as shown in the tariff schedule. Families must clear any outstanding sums from the prior school year before a re‑registration can be validated. Re‑registration deadlines and related dates are published in the school's registration procedure (for example, a typical re‑registration confirmation deadline appears as 31 December in the published procedure).

- The file‑opening fee is required to validate a new admission once an offer is made; that file‑opening fee is explicitly non‑refundable.

Boarding (internat)

- Boarding is not offered; no boarding or internat fees are included in the school's published tariffs.

Other costs and fees

- Collation (school snack/meal service): published options and amounts are included in the tariff table (see collations amounts under each level and option).

- School clothing and equipment: the school requires specific clothing for certain activities — for example, a white cotton lab blouse is required for science practicals and the school sports uniform is required for EPS. The code of dress and requirements for specific activities are set out in the school regulations. The school does not publish a separate uniform price list in the tariff table.

- Extracurricular activities and periscolaire: participation is charged and payments for such activities are collected through the school; activity registration rules indicate that, once an activity is confirmed, fees may not be refundable in the event of withdrawal under the published activity terms. Payment for periscolaire activities is handled at the school cashier or by the designated instructor as described in the activity notices.

- Transport: the school operates a transport service that is charged separately (transport fees appear under separate notices and are not shown in the central tariff table on the published page).

Refunds and non‑refundable items

- The file‑opening fee (frais d'ouverture de dossier) is explicitly stated as non‑refundable.

- Periscolaire activity conditions indicate that, after the trial/confirmation period described in the activity notices, activity participation fees are not refundable.

Fee payment arrangements and channels

- Routine payments and activity fees are collected at the school's cashier; the school requests that parents make payments themselves and avoid giving large sums of cash to pupils. Payments for periscolaire activities are handled by the school cashier or directly to the responsible instructor as specified in the activity notice. Specific bank‑transfer or card‑payment instructions are not published together with the tariff table; families use the school's administrative contacts for payment arrangements.

Admissions

Admissions

The school runs the admissions and re-enrollment campaign for the 2026-2027 academic year for students from Petite Section through Terminale, beginning December 1, 2025. Families seeking to apply must present the following documents at registration (original + photocopy): vaccination pages from the child's health record and the completed medical form; two recent passport photos; identity documents as follows: Lebanese students provide the original civil status extract; dual nationals provide copies of the national identity card and foreign passport; non-Lebanese students provide a copy of the foreign passport. A current year school certificate is required, along with photocopies of the previous and current year's report cards (from MS). For admission to the secondary classes (Seconde, Première, Terminale) a Lebanese brevet copy is required if not exempt from the Lebanese program. An official Arabic language exemption may be granted by the Lebanese Ministry of Education starting from CE2. In case of divorce, a copy of the custody ruling is required. For students coming from abroad, add copies of passport pages showing entry and exit stamps and a residence permit. 2. Click on the online registration form to complete the application. 3. Submit the full dossier to the director's assistant and pay the test fees, which amount to $50 for children of staff (instead of $70); these fees remain with Lycée Montaigne regardless of the final decision. Incomplete dossiers will not be processed. 4. After dossier review and depending on available places, an interview with the management team will be scheduled. 5. Admission tests will be offered to candidates. 6. Within about two weeks after the tests, the admission decision will be communicated to families. 7. If favorable, enrollment is validated after paying the dossier-opening fee of $200 for staff children (instead of $1,500). 8. Final enrollment is confirmed after providing the following documents at the end of the school year: a copy of the third trimester report showing progression to the next class; depending on the student's path, provide the required attestations: for a student coming from a Lebanese establishment, an attestation of withdrawal (إفادة إنهاء) confirming admission to the next class (from CP) in Arabic, certified by the Lebanese Ministry of Education; for a student coming from abroad (kindergarten and elementary), an attestation confirming admission to the next class; for a student coming from abroad (from 6th grade), a class equivalence attestation certified by the Lebanese Ministry of Education. Final enrollment is only valid after all required documents are supplied. 9. The re-enrollment campaign for 2026-2027 applies to students already enrolled who wish to continue; the online process is via the provided link. Families must confirm re-enrollment for their child(ren) by December 31, 2025; after that date, the school cannot guarantee places. Re-enrollment is valid only if all amounts due for 2025-2026 are paid. For more information contact the head of admissions.
